Sean Driscoll

Sean Driscoll graduated from Bryant University in 1985 with a B.S.B.A. concentrating in Marketing.

Sean then began his twenty-two year career in the utility industry at what was then Massachusetts Electric, and is

now National Grid. Sean joined the Human Resources team as the company's first Director of Inclusion &

Diversity (I&D). He was instrumental in building the foundation to support and grow I&D at National Grid before

leaving the company in 2008 to explore other consulting opportunities.
