Eleni A. Carr, MBA, LICSW

Eleni A. Carr, MBA, LICSW is a management consultant with expertise in bringing results-oriented business practices to non-profit organizations.Â She specializes in strategic planning, organizational change management, leadership team development, and executive coaching. Eleni has over 15 years of experience leading human service organizations and provides interim Executive Director services. She is committed to issues of social justice especially as it relates to race, gender and socio-economic class difference and offers custom designed diversity training. A former teacher and athletics coach, Eleni has lived and worked in Italy, Australia and England. She holds Masters Degrees in Social Work and Business Administration from Simmons College and serves as a Board member and Delegate Representative for the National Association of Social Workers, Massachusetts chapter. Eleni is Vice Chair and Government Relations Chair for the Massachusetts Commission on Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Youth.
