VERIZON CONSUMER ADVISORY BOARD Washington, DC 2006 to present

As a consumer, former Verizon employee and openly gay man, along with twenty

other consumers from across the country, we meet quarterly to review policies, practices

procedures and new products that impact the constituency groups we represent.

MASSEQUALITY  Boston, MA 2004 to present

HUMAN RIGHTS CAMPAIGN Boston, MA 1996 to present

Served on the N. E. Dinner committee, Boston Steering Committee, Board of 

Governors.  Elected to the National Board of Directors in July, 2005 to present  

GOODRIDGE VS. COMMONWEALTH OF MA Boston, MA 2001 - 2003

One of seven same-sex plaintiff couples who won the right to legally marry  

per the ruling of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court on 11/18/03

MEN OF COLOR AGAINST AIDS                         Boston, MA       1998 to 2001

As a board member and co-chair of several fundraiser efforts, the organization 

doubled in membership, clients served and program dollars raised.

As an elected Director, Vice-President and President, the organization successfully 

completed ten years of outreach to the GLBT business and professional community.

Managed a team of seventeen managers and technicians responsible for financial,

health, safety & environmental reporting, building mechanical systems, construction, and 

owner and tenant operations for one million square feet of pharmaceutical research space.

Managed teams ranging in size from fifty to two thousand union and non-union 

employees responsible for all day-to-day operations related to providing
